The remaining balance must be paid no later than <strong>10 days before the arrival date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n  <p>For bookings made within 10 days of arrival, <strong>100% payment<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n  <p>If the remaining amount is not paid within the specified period and the reservation has not been cancelled, it remains active. The guest shall pay the outstanding balance upon check-in. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<!-- 2 -->\n<div class=\"pp-section\">\n  <div class=\"pp-section-header\">\n    <span class=\"pp-num\">02<\/span>\n    <h2>Security Deposit<\/h2>\n  <\/div>\n  <p>A security deposit of <strong>\u20ac300<\/strong> is required for each booking, which is held via pre-authorization on the provided bank card. the deposit paid will be refunded in full within 14 business days.<\/li>\n    <li>Cancellation later than <strong>7 days<\/strong> before arrival - the deposit paid is non-refundable.<\/li>\n    <li>No-show -
