The village of Banya is not named by accident – there are over 70 mineral springs here with temperatures between 37 and 58°C. Monte is built on one of the best spots in the Razlog Valley, from where you can see three mountains at once.

Mineral water directly from the spring
Our probe is 320 meters deep. The water is 58°C and is rich in sodium, fluorine and silicic acids – the same ones with which they are treated in the sanatoriums around. It fills all the jacuzzis in the villas and pool of the complex. Some guests come just for this – to spend an hour in the warm water after skiing or hiking. There is no chlorine, there is no chemistry. Only minerals and mountain air.
6 km from Bansko
Bansko is a 10-minute drive away, and Dobrinishte is 7 minutes away. By offering organized ski transfers during the winter season. If you are a fan of hiking, climbing Mt. Vihren departs from Banderitsa hut, which is 35 minutes by car.
Restaurant with local and Mediterranean cuisine
Our chef works with suppliers from Razlog, Dobrinishte and Bansko. Lamb from Razlog, trout from Dospat, vegetables from local farms. Mediterranean accents come from Italian and Greek recipes adapted to the season. Breakfast is included – every morning between 8:00 and 10:00, with freshly baked bread and mountain honey. The minibar in each villa has Bulgarian wines from Melnik and Sandanski, plus Italian labels. The wine list in the restaurant has 47 items.
